Team Problem Solving Activities

Half a day of outdoor development training activity in teams focussing on Team Problem Solving. Teams tackle three team building activities lasting 40 minutes with a facilitated review between each. The style of review can be tailored to the group and the event. The tasks are detailed below:

  • Railtrax - a team building activity to traverse a set of railway lines; the initial solution has to be adapted and changed at least twice in order to succeed.
  • Rollerball - a creative activity to design and build a self supporting structure to deliver a ball from A to B within certain criteria.
  • Murder Mystery - a team communication exercise gathering information to identify who killed who, with what, why, when and where.

Additional information Costs include one facilitator per team to run the tasks
