MBTI Team Day

(Incorporating Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® Psychometric)

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® The MBTI ® tool provides individuals and teams with a powerful insight into their own and others’ personality preferences. By understanding the diversity of personality types, teams and individuals are able to work together more effectively, improving communication and reducing conflict. There are no right or wrong preferences; they allow us to have different strengths, different ways of behaving, and different ways of seeing the world. The MBTI ® tool provides a framework for individuals to understand and appreciate how everyone can contribute to a task.

This day provides a common language for individuals and teams to build positive relationships and work to each other’s strengths. We will combine theory with practical exercises and reviews.
