Rollerball is a complex business simulation focusing on all aspects of teamwork as well as inter team working. The team building exercise requires teams to cooperate in the construction of a free standing structure capable of delivering a ball under gravity through each team's construction area. The design has to meet customer needs, health and safety and be financially viable. The learning objectives are to emphasise the importance of collaboration across work groups.
