Kaizen Business Simulation

Kaizen is an incredibly simple business simulation which is all about productivity improvement. It focuses on the process and the results. Kaizen methodology includes making changes and monitoring results; continuous and continual improvement. The team building exercise involves touching pads in a specific order and is structured to give a team total control over the process they use to generate results. Team problem solving is paramount in reducing waste and increasing productivity (similar to LEAN).
